6.2 Disclaimer of Liability: DeluxElite will not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party providers, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by DeluxElite. However, DeluxElite commits to assisting the client in resolving any disputes with such providers.
7.1 Payment Terms: Payment for DeluxElite services must be made on an annual, quarterly, or monthly basis, as agreed in the contract. Payments must be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods. 8.1 Client Cancellation: The client has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of subscription, receiving a full refund, except for any costs related to services already provided. After this period, the client may cancel the contract with 30 days' notice, without a refund for unused months.
8.2 Cancellation of Booked Services: In the event of cancellation of bookings with third-party providers, the client will be responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by the providers. DeluxElite will not be responsible for any penalties imposed by providers for late cancellations.
