4.2 Timelines: DeluxElite strives to respond to the Client’s requests as quickly as possible. However, service delivery timelines may vary based on complexity and the availability of Third-Party Providers.
4.3 Limitations: DeluxElite reserves the right to decline requests that are illegal, unethical, or beyond its operational scope. In such cases, the Client will be promptly informed.
5. Third-Party Providers
5.1 Collaboration with Third-Parties: Some services offered by DeluxElite may require collaboration with Third-Party Providers. In such cases, DeluxElite acts as an intermediary between the Client and the Third-Party Provider.
5.2 Responsibility: Although DeluxElite carefully selects its partners, it is not responsible for any non-compliance, delays, or quality issues related to services provided by Third-Party Providers. Any claims or disputes must be addressed directly to the Third-Party Provider.
6. Fees and Payments

6.2 Payment Methods: Payments must be made as agreed, through bank transfer, credit card, or other electronic payment methods. Full payment is generally required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
6.3 Late Payment Penalties: In the event of late payments, DeluxElite reserves the right to apply interest penalties as per applicable regulations and suspend service delivery until full payment is received.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Client Cancellations: The Client may cancel a service request before final confirmation without incurring penalties. After confirmation, cancellations may incur costs, particularly if Third-Party Providers have already been engaged.
7.2 DeluxElite Cancellations: DeluxElite reserves the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund for the specific service.

8. Client Obligations

Limitation of Liability DeluxElite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. In any case, DeluxElite’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.
10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
10.1 Confidentiality: DeluxElite undertakes to keep all information provided by the Client confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without the Client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.

11. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and other materials present on DeluxElite’s platforms are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited without prior written consent from DeluxElite.
